Objective : The training programme covers all marine engineering workshop skills elements, including use and care of hand tools, measuring equipment, drilling machines, centre lathes, vertical miling machines, off-hand grinding machines and welding equipment.

Course content : 

• Machining & Fitting Workshop Skills.
• Welding Skill.
• Engine Power Plant Workshop Skill.
• General Marine Engineering Knowledge.
• Ship’s Auxiliary Machinery.
• Ship’s Systems and Upkeep.
• Practical use of tools, Precision measuring instruments such as vernier, Micrometers and Dial gauge.

Duration: 6 days

Prerequisite : 

• Ppassport, CDC, INDOS & COC
• 2 Passport size colored photographs

Note to client : After successful completion of course, certificate will be issued to the participant.
