Capt. Pradeep Ahuja andCapt. Rajiv Sinha are ‘The Anchors of AIMS Maritime Group.’ It was in 2012 that the duo decided to dedicate their lives in serving the marine community and thus, AIMS was formed AIMS was established in 2012, as proprietary concern and granted a certificate of incorporation as “AIMS Institute of maritime Studies PVT Ltd.” And AIMS maritime Services Pvt.Ltd. and has its registered office at CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai Maharashtra India.

. Capt. Pradeep Singh
Master Mariner AFNI UK BTech Nautical Science UK BSc.(Phy) Mumbai University Capt. Pradeep Founders Owner and the Managing Director (MD) of AIMS Maritime Group Capt. Pradeep Singh Dahuja is a graduate in BSc (Physics) from Mumbai University, found his calling amid the sea and hence decided to join the merchant navy in the year 1998. As a cadet he got an opportunity to be on various Dry Merchant Ships. Down the years Capt. Pradeep enrolled himself for a course in Certificate of Competency in UK and gained BTech Nautical Science from MCA UK after which he served as an officer with BW Singapore on many foreign flag vessels. In twelve years of his shipping Sailing career Capt. Pradeep Singh has been a part of diverse shipping vessels which include general cargo, bulk carrier, very large ore carrier (VLOC)  as well as off-shore vessels to name a few. Capt Pradeep Singh Ahuja is a strong motivator and team player with effective leadership, communication, decision making, problem solving and interpersonal skills, together with a corporate focus and a results-driven attitude. Capt Pradeep Singh Ahuja had contributed to the growth and profitability of the AIMS Group by effectively managing, developing and utilizing people, resources and technology to deliver desired business plan results.
Capt. Rajiv Sinha
Capt. Sinha the founder and owner of AIMS Maritime is also the Director and Principal of the training Institute. Capt. Rajiv Sinha is a graduate in BSc (Science), this man of brilliance cleared IIT JEE exam in 1983 and opted to join T.S.Rajendra to pursue his passion for merchant navy. On the successful completion of his education in 1985 he joined SCI (Shipping Corporation of India) as a cadet and later served for Univan Ship Management initially as a third officer to Master. By 2009, Captain had completed his Masters from Wilhemsen Ship Management, Barbar Ship Management. In the past he has worked ashore for Sovereign Ship Management till 2009 before starting AIMS Maritime Group
